Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ professional experience working in a newsroom, with at least 2 years in an editorial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of digital journalism, breaking news workflows, and newsroom ethics
- Excellent writing, editing, and headline‑crafting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and social media publishing
- The ability to analyse Google Analytics will be an added advantage, but not compulsory

Position Summary

Minimum Requirements
- OND/Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2 years’ relevant experience managing social media or digital platforms (media or newsroom experience is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent written communication skills and a good grasp of news and current affairs
- Experience using analytics and scheduling tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
